Why I chose a smaller practice.
I have watched primary care become increasingly rushed. I wanted enough room in my practice to know my patients, think carefully, and follow the thread after the visit is over.
Access matters. So does knowing who you are calling.
Modern healthcare can leave patients carrying results from one office to another, keeping their own list of loose ends, and trying to figure out which doctor is responsible for what.
I want primary care to be the place where those pieces come together. A smaller practice makes it more realistic for me to keep context, communicate, coordinate, and notice what still needs follow-up.
The history gets shorter.
You do not have to rebuild your medical story from scratch every time something happens.
Small changes have context.
A new symptom, a changed lab value, or a medication question lands in a history I already know.
Someone owns the loose ends.
Specialist recommendations, follow-up testing, prevention, and the next decision do not have to live in separate silos.
Evidence-based family medicine, practiced with time.
I practice Family Medicine. My work is grounded in conventional evidence-based medical care, with attention to the parts of life that affect health: family, stress, sleep, exercise, nutrition, work, relationships, and what matters to the patient in front of me.

What is concierge primary care?
Concierge primary care is a smaller primary care practice designed to give the physician more time and availability for ongoing care. In my practice, the goal is not simply easier access. It is having enough time to know patients over time and to be useful when something changes.
